About us

Who We Are

PRIME Transformation Ltd was founded in 2000 and was the first Corporate LifeCycles Ltd licensee in the UK and Ireland.  PRIME has developed an excellent reputation through working with Founders, Chief Executives, Managing Directors and their senior teams to design and implement change programmes that accelerate the achievement of their growth, profit and other business goals.  We have particular experience and expertise in the defence, manufacturing and service industries -  both on the UK mainland and in Northern Ireland.

As an established part of the UK Corporate LifeCycles network, we are a recognised force in the management of change and organisational alignment and have a proven reputation for delivering sustainable bottom line results across all of our clients.

What We Do

As experienced and persistent agents of change, we roll-up our sleeves and work side-by-side with our clients. We are consultants, insultants, facilitators and coaches.

To each of these roles we bring the pragmatic perspective of former senior executives with a bias towards practical solutions and implementation.

The powerful concepts, tools and methods we deploy for accelerating change surface and unlock the expert knowledge, innovation and energy already resident in the client organisation. We help our clients discover their own solutions, and in this way build ownership and strong commitment to implementation.

How We Do It

Unlike conventional consulting firms that provide mechanistic solutions, we won’t prescribe a solution that is biased towards one area of expertise or that has worked elsewhere.

We strongly believe that 90% of what needs fixing in an organisation is already known.  The problem is it’s only known by individuals – there is no collective awareness.

We also strongly believe that 90% of the solutions to the problems are already known.  Once again the solutions are known by individuals – there is no collective awareness.

We have powerful tools that create the required collective awareness of the problems and solutions. Our methods empower people and organisations to deliver the change they require.

And they go further than this.  They encourage organisations to do more than just take things at face value.

Our tools don’t just help our clients to identify symptoms of problems; they uncover links to the deeper root causes which are holing the organisation back. Our methodology is a strong catalyst and the application of the process provides the energy and momentum for lasting change coupled with informed management.

They help our clients to develop a consensus of what needs fixing and to decide the order of priority. Because our clients know their company and their industry intimately, these organic solutions are far more dynamic than any off-the-shelf, prescribed solution.

They ensure the solutions are fully understood and supported by the team members who will implement them. No-one can hide behind excuses.  Outputs are measured consistently and tenaciously. Consequently the client’s own solutions produce the desired outcomes. Critical changes are made with much greater speed, efficiency and accuracy.

The client already holds the potential within. We simply facilitate and unlock a company’s true potential, setting them free from unhelpful viewpoints and the old established processes that drained profitability and resources.

The Results

There is clear documented evidence of business turnarounds and an increasing portfolio of growing organisations that are ever more successful.

The Difference it Makes

Whether a company is struggling with problems due to growth or ageing, our flagship product PRIME Transformation™ works effectively to put the right foundations in place to deliver sustainable profitability, or to reverse the ageing process.

It is good to have the backing of a global operation.  Whilst the consulting methodologly originated in the USA it is deployed in the UK and Ireland with a distinct northern European feel. PRIME Transformation™ was intoduced to clients in the UK and Ireland in 1999.  Our team of consultants understand the problems and challenges clients face because they have been at the helm of significant businesses themselves. They are aware of the economic indicators and external factors affecting commercial enterprises and government organisations on this side of the Atlantic.

Our team members are hand picked for their suitability and business background. They are trained to observe, facilitate and quickly help clients to identify the root causes of the problems and apply proven methodologies.  Team members do not work in isolation and have access to further support should they request it.  We succeed when our clients succeed - extensive testimonials and references are freely available.

Don’t just take our word for it:

'We had struggled for a while to understand why we were having such problems in turning the business around. What Corporate Lifecycles did for us was to help us put in place a clear structure and strong plan in plain, unambiguous language that fitted the needs of the business. By supporting us through the implementation, they got us on track to reach our profit targets for 2006 and 2007! We couldn’t have achieved this without their input.'
