Diagnosing an Organisation
One of a series of five highly interactive workshops designed to help managers and individual contributors become more effective business partners by giving them access to powerful concepts that enable them to understand how organisations grow, why they age, and how to change them.
In this workshop delegates discover why their organisation has the problems it has. Which problems are normal? Which are pathological and need remediation? How do organisations grow, age, and renew themselves? What can they as a business partner do to help thier management team understand problems from a lifecycle perspective?
