Mining for Growth is a fast-paced, highly interactive 1-2 day working session that immerses the collective brainpower of key leaders in sales, marketing, customer service, product development, finance and general management in a systematic process designed to surface growth opportunities and increase revenue. Up to 20 people can participate.

The goal of the working session is to produce action plans with clear accountability, measurable deliverables and strong commitment to execute.
